SHC Transactional Fees

To Our Highly Valued Clients

We are writing to inform you of an increase in the fees we will be charging to arrange and manage your Home Warranty Insurance facility through ICARE.

These increases will come into effect 1st May 2022 and are necessary to ensure we are able to meet the ever increasing costs of providing specialised services to you and your business.

There is never a good time to increase fees, however we are confident you will appreciate as business owners, the need to respond to pricing and cost pressures as required from time to time. We have held our fee structure generally static over the last 10 years and we remain confident that our increased fees are still competitive and believe our service and advice is of the highest standard.

Transaction Fee
Our transaction fee is being increased by $40.00 plus GST.

Broker Fee
Maximum broker fees charged for the following job types have been amended and will be shown on the icare hbcf website in coming weeks

  • New Multi-unit Dwellings C03
  • Renovations (Structural) – Multi-units C02            
  • Renovations (Non-structural) – Multi-units-Common areas C08
     

HBCF - Distributors Maximum Fees and Charges

When costing a project, it is important to refer to the icare hbcf website and/or contact SHC on applicable fees to ensure correct quoting of projects for the above building categories . 

As a highly valued client of ours, this slight increase will ensure that SHC can maintain and continue to invest in quality advice and product development and delivery for the foreseeable future.
